RATES FOR SUTTON PLACE APARTMENTS

All apartments have a stove, refrigerator, air conditioner, and garbage disposal.

The rent includes heat and hot water. Resident pays the electric.

Efficiency: $605

1 bedroom: $ 760 to $835

2 bedroom large: $ 930 to $945

2 bedroom x-large: $ 980 to $1,020

The variance in price depends on the upgrades in the apartment. Some have new cabinets, dishwashers and microwaves. The one bedrooms also vary because there are three different sizes.

Move in costs:
First month's rent plus
Security deposit (= to a month's rent)
