All apartments have a stove, refrigerator, and air conditioner.

Utilities below refers to heat, hot water and electric. All apartments have water, sewer and trash removal included in the rent.

Efficiency: $ 590 to $620 utilities included

1 bedroom: $ 685 to $700 no utilities

2 bedroom:

Garden style: $ 840 to $850 utilities included

Townhome: $ 770 to $795 no utilities

3 bedroom: $865 no utilities

The variance in price depends on the upgrades in the apartment. Some have new cabinets, dishwashers and microwaves.

Move in costs:
First month's rent plus
