Thank you for your interest in our apartment homes. 

We have efficiencies and 1 and 2 bedroom apartment homes.

All apartments have a refrigerator, stove, air conditioner, and cable TV hookup.  The apartments have large closets, new windows!!!, mini-blinds and wall to wall carpeting.    We have plenty of off street parking, a laundry room in each building, a picnic area, and a playground area.  The buildings are well insulated.  We have a 24 hour emergency maintenance service, too. We are just a short walk to shopping areas, banks, restaurants, and schools, and the Quabbin Reservoir is nearby. The rent includes hot water, water and sewer, residents pay for heat, and electric.

We offer 12 month leases, with a 6 month option for the efficiency apartments.

We accept up to two indoor house cats per apartment, with a $5 additional monthly rent charge per cat.

We require an approved application for each adult, a security deposit, and the first month's rent, prior to moving in.

All residents moving in after June 2008 will enjoy their own non-smoking apartment homes.
