All two bedroom apartments have a stove, refrigerator, air conditioner, and garbage disposal.

$915 to $945 per month

includes heat, hot water & electric

Move in costs:
First month’s rent plus
Security deposit (= to a month’s rent)

Rate differs depending on the amenities in the apartment. Some have dishwashers, new cabinets, new countertops and microwave hoods.
